What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the Science of Life.  It is a comprehensive Holistic alternative Science and Medicine System.  It is more than 5000 years old and is believed to be the oldest form of healing medicine in existence.


What are the Elements?

The elements are what make up Nature.  They include ether (that which expands), air (that which is mobile), Fire (that which is heating and transforms), water (that which is fluid), and earth (that which create stability and structure)


How does Ayurveda relate to Nature?

Ayurveda uses Nature to heal and the therapies of Ayurveda help the healing process. The principles of Nature and the elements are the foundation of Ayurveda.
