Yoga Prices and Packages

  • Drop-in: $20 (bring a friend for $10)

  • 3 Class pass: $45 (expires in 1 month)
  • 5 Class pass: $70 (expires in 2 months)
  • 10 Class pass:$120 (expires in 5 months)
  • 15 Class pass (SPECIAL): $150 (expired in 6 months)
  • 30 Class pass: $285 (expires in 9 months)
  • One-on-One: $65 per session
  • One-on-One: $170 for 3 sessions (expires in 6 months)
  • Yoga Personal Practice: $170 (includes full constitution evaluation and follow-up visit at $60 valued at $185)

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays at 9:30am

Yin Yoga moves slow and hold postures for long periods of time to support muscles, connective tissues, fascia, and the deeper tissues of the body.  It is deeply rejuvenating and complements more intense exercise/activities and yoga practices.  Allows for deep healing of the body.


Taoist Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays at 9:30am


A unique blend of Thai Chi and Qi Gong with Hatha Yoga.  This class will make you feel open and vibrant.  Open the channels of the body to eliminate tension, stiffness, blocks and resistance.  Builds the prana (vital force) and by doing so you will feel connected, grounded and occupy the body.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga

Fridays at 10:45am

Early signups required.This class is slow and steady, great for beginners or those wanting to have a slower gentle practice.  It is an introduction to Yoga.  Learn the basic postures, breath (pranayama) techniques, meditation and more.  Strengthen your core and become stable and functional in regular activities.


Evening yoga to release daily accumulated stress and tension.  Encourages better sleep, and overall balance.  Hatha yoga practice that ends with a few restorative postures.  Great combination...release get it out and than restore and let go!


A strong more advanced practice to challenge the body and mind in a playful way.  This practice will explore headstands, handstands, arm balances, binding postures and more.  Practice is always geared to all levels with emphasis on modifications for those who need them.
